Explanation
-(으)ㄹ수록 says that as the first clause increases, so does the second: -ㄹ수록 after a vowel or ㄹ (보다 → 볼수록), -을수록 after a consonant (많다 → 많을수록). It is often doubled with -(으)면 in front for emphasis (보면 볼수록). 저기압일수록 고기 앞으로 가라. — The lower the mood, the closer to the meat (a joke: feed the grumpy).
